Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every outfit you purchase from us! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔ Eligibility

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not provide exchanges.

You may return the product and then place a new order separately.

💵 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

For COD orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account you provide after return approval.

Refund amount will be credited within 15 business days.

No store credits or wallet refunds.

🚚 Return Process - 3 steps

  1. Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at info@snukkids.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
  2. Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
  3. Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@snukkids.com within 6 hours of placing the order, Monday through Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
